Documents required to enroll or re-enroll students:
- Family information via online registration with payment
- Financial Commitment Form
- Electronic Fund Transfer form
Additional documentation required for new students:
- Birth Certificate and or Passport
- Updated Immunization records
- Report of Health Examination signed by your Physician (grades K-1 only)
- Most Current Report Card and or Progress Report
- Standardized test scores
- Release of Student Records (transfer students only)
